I wondered that, too, Bruce. I guess this is fairly old, and they had them in alphabetical order of the family's new assumed surname, that of the man. The woman's name then didn't have to be surname first, so they wrote it the more natural way.
Ti ("Tilee") also has a Facebook page. His says he got married in December 2018 but hasn't posted since last May (selling "custom self defense keychains").
Precious posts regularly but doesn't mention the marriage at all. Oh wait, she has a second page with his surname (using an extra "r") and she posts regularly there too, but mostly family stuff.
