YouTuber Hyperboliumn transcribed the shapes of each of the 50 United States onto a midi graph. You wouldn't guess how melodic they sound when played. I think there was some serious tweaks made to improve the sound. I know Wyoming isn't that irregular along the bottom. That's pretty clever.There's a lot of states that have a fairly straight vertical border on the right side which makes an abrupt ending.
You'd think the pioneers didn't have a midi.
Except for the eastern edge my Kansas resembled a funeral dirge ... which probably isn't far off.
