This will only be funny to older folks. If you're young, there was once a comedy trope about doctors having bad handwriting because they scrawled prescriptions on a paper pad in a hurry. Today, prescriptions are transmitted electronically to pharmacies by office staff, so the joke might not be understood. (Thanks, WTM!)

I certainly get it. Here's the rest of the joke: You would take 'that' to a pharmacist and he would look at it and say "OK, I'll have it for you in about 10 minutes." Never understood how someone who cut into people with laser sharpened precision instruments write like that.
