You're going to watch a mystery show, but it doesn't matter what the mystery is because the opening is weird enough for a whole hour. Alasdair Beckett-King channels Rod Serling opening The Twilight Zone, Robert Stack introducing Unsolved Mysteries, and Jonathon Frakes opening up Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction. Surely there are a lot more shows like those, but Alfred Hitchcock Presents doesn't count because his style was unique.
