Dr. Evil, one of the many roles played by Mike Myers in the Austin Powers films, is a fabulously wealthy mad scientist dedicated to taking over the world. As such, he fits right in with the postnuclear world of Fallout 4. In the video game, he can boss people around, indulge in his desires, and expound on his philosophy to his heart's content.
