Got to be AI or some other form of computer trickery. The line is too perfect for one thing, and I can't believe any French community would let someone paint lines on the street like this merely for advertising.
I don't think it is actually a painted line. It looks more like a sheet of red plastic that is unravelling. (That makes cleanup easy too).
I bet CGI. Notice the billboard it is driving toward,and the words on the pavement.
