There's more license plates on account of there's more prisoners nowadays.
The Stones' song was disappointing. Sounded like something out of the early 80s.
Speciality license plates have become a source of revenue for both States and the organizations who promote them. Very hard to get a new one in Maine - they steal income from the existing ones.
