I think they are trying to say they are idiots and it will be a pain in the ass to work there.
It's difficult to make a concise sign that states both:We're hiring experienced waiters-and-We're hiring hostesses (no experience needed)I've pondered how I might have worded it differently, and there isn't a single concise way to say it.
Maybe you don't need experience at applying.xoxoxoBruce
Obviously they don't have experience hiring.
What struck me was that they clearly want men to wait tables and women to host. I wonder if that's legal wherever they posted this sign.
