This is funny. Apparently, this is a hotly contested page. Igor was added on 18:06, 10 March 2022. lol. But there must be 15 revisions on March 10th alone and 50 more since then. Sadly, Igor was removed.
And by recent new tax law in Ukraine he will NOT have to pay any taxes on it. Ukrainian Tax agency has ruled anyone finding and claiming abondone russian military equipment have NO tax liability attached.
