Ukrainians edited a popular Russian children's cartoon for their own purposes. A comment at Fark provides a translation from Unkrainian:
According to my wife: "I'm taking the tank, I'm taking the tank...also, also this is for me"
The ram is saying Baa and the other word in the left hand side is 'Duh'.
