If he has never been able to do it, how does he know that pressing all four levers unlatches the door?
I could make a tool that would press the four levers and unlock the door but then I fear Mr polyfingers would come out.
Since he can but chose not to he might feel forced to be bad if I opened it.
I think nailing that sumbitch shut and moving is the best choice.
