When someone like Epstein or Dahmer dies in prison, or if someone had gotten to Manson, they should give whichever inmate was responsible extra credit in their canteen fund for having more of a sense of justice than the justice system and doing what the court system doesn't have the peaches to do.

Not sure what Epstein or Dahmer have to do with Navalny, as Mr. Navalny was never accused nor convicted of murder or sex trafficking or any crime against another human. The only thing linking Epstein and Navalny is that both died under questionable circumstances. However...

You want to reward Christopher Scarver with cigarette money for killing Dahmer? Scarver was in prison for the murder of Steve Lohman. Scarver shot Lohman 3 times in the head during a robbery that netted Scarver $15. Scarver also killed another man in the same incident as he killed Dahmer. Scarver said God told him to do it. Perhaps God wanted him to have more commissary money. Scarver is still in prison in Wisconsin because...

Wisconsin abolished capital punishment in 1853. In fact, Wisconsin is the only state to have carried out just one execution in its history (a botched hanging in 1851). So...

I guess we let the inmates kill each other until there are none left, or maybe until there is one left? Sounds like an idea our former president would advocate for.
