Chips are so nice with their skins on.My mum always said the potato skin is where the vitamins are ... and we are a robust lot so maybe she knew her potatoes.Or it could be because of the sour cream.(...knew her onions is what I said aloud, but not sure you all would know that saying, it being British)
For the most part we are a relatively erudite bunch around here and would have understood the reference.-"BB"-
