Science! Except the dudes who wrote the EV Cosmos article were on drugs at the time. Let's just say the 'digitalisation' of the grid (let alone it's control by AI), is a bit more than 10 years away and leave it at that.

If I paid a whole $6.50 to one of my favorite bands, I would've been pretty pissed if the show was ruined by a bunch of potheads.

If you might want to have children, don't overthink it. Just don't do it because you think it will make you happy.

And on a happier note, something for the kiddies stockings, or maybe mind games:

I'd give the opposite advice: If you think you might want to have kids, but aren't completely sure, don't have them.

I read the first headline as "AL" Weirdness and thought the article was about Weird Al's advent calendars. Disappointed...

gwdMaine, it wasn't potheads, they were cool, they're always cool. It was the the hard rockers on alcohol and chemicals. Wasn't the first or last time at the Spectrum. I remember Captain Beefheart opening for Jethro Tull took a lot of abuse.

That charging your EV on the fly from induction coils in the road. How do you pay? Suddenly get a bill in the mail, or automatically deducted from your government controlled wealth? How do you know they aren't screwing you accidentally or intentionally. They will probably read a number electronically or licence plate optically...the plate could be read electronically too I guess... but there will... not can, will... be faking ID.
