When you grow up American, you are used to a rushed bowl of cold cereal for breakfast before school, or a donut or bagel eaten on the way to work. We depend on a cup of coffee to wake us up, and we know a breakfast without orange juice is like a day without sunshine. The rest of the world doesn't follow those breakfast traditions.
