He thought Katie was trying to tell him something in that last item, but eventually remembered that the name of the drink he ordered is "You’re an Asshole, Mr. Burton." There has to be a good story behind that name. (via reddit)

Google is indeed your friend. This receipt appears to be from an eatery called "The Westgate Bourbon Bar and Taphouse", in Beaverton, Oregon. They describe themselves as "an American gastropub, bourbon bar, taphouse, and bottle shop".
The drink in question (You're an Asshole, Mr Burton) consists of 'gin, 20-year tawny, lime juice, honey, peach bitters, egg white, brown sugar drizzle, coupe.' The other beverage (Lenalicious) contains 'strawberry, raspberry, whipped vodkas, muddled limes, lemon juice, cranberry, tall, rocks, orange slice.'
And for whatever it's worth, the on-line menu does not list prices – I assume under the assumption that if you have to ask, you shouldn't be here in the first place.
