He's not always a smiley kind of guy.
So let me get this straight. Someone is blocking the sidewalk while making a video of themselves doing some sort of silly-ass dance so they can post it to some social media site for a "Look at me!!" moment. This is why TikkyTakky videos and their 'creators' are just one more example of what's wrong with the world these days.
