You know it happens, but it's still hard to wrap your head around a bullet skipping on the surface of water. The Slow Mo Guys set up a full glass aquarium in a remote location so they can shoot a .22 at it, just to capture the action on high speed film. Will that aquarium survive the day? Honestly, you'll be surprised at the weird things water can do to a bullet, even when it's going hundreds of miles per hour. We learn a few things about bullet behavior, and the splashes in slow motion are cool, too. (via Digg)

Cool, that 9mm was still doing 164 mph when it hit the glass and didn't break it. I never would have believed that.
