Whipped Cream

I'm pretty sure this is just for the aerosol kind. (via reddit)

Whipped Cream is Dangerous

I've read people were complaining the streets were heavily littered with "whippets" from the cannisters.

More refined up here in Maine. Our issue is "nips" - Fireball whiskey mini plastic bottles.

You must be 21 in NYC to buy whipped cream.  But in many states you can buy an AR-15 once you turn 18 (like the shooter in Uvalde did).

And as long as I brought up Texas, a Federal District Court judge in that state has just used his own personal interpretation of the "militia" line in the Second Amendment to rule that because "teenagers were part of the militia" 250 years, young adults between the ages of 18 to 21 cannot be prevented from applying for a license to carry a handgun... and I'm sure it's only a matter of time before this same judge will issue a second ruling that because of the Second Amendment's "right to bear arms" phrase that even the need for a license is unconstitutional.

Is there anybody with even a modicum of intelligence or common sense in government any longer, or have we relinquished the legislative and judicial branches to the nutjobs from the right?

BB, it's not the politicians, it's their owners, their puppeteers, their patrons. The people who spent millions of dollars to get them into office and will spend millions to get them out if they balk.
Not just federal, over the last decade millions have been spent on state and county offices, building a reliable base to groom nutjobs for the climb up the political ladder.
Even if you buck the drive to take away the right to vote and go to the polls, you can be sure whoever you vote for is not beholden to you.
