My Bible must have been mistranslated. It said the Heavenly Host were singing "Glory to God, and on earth, peace to men of good will," not "Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition."
It also said the Three Magi from the East brought gold, frankincense, and myrrh, not carbines, pistols, and spare magazines.
