“She had intended to use the land for meditative healing women’s retreats.” It’s wrong they screwed up her lot and she absolutely must be compensated. However if they had built next door like they were supposed to, her lot would be sitting in the middle of a subdivision with 15 new homes plus any that were there already. Is a lot with no building in that situation conducive to “meditative healing women’s retreats”?
