Bogart came close to being euthanized at a shelter, until he met Heather. But that wasn't the end of his trials, as he developed cancer in his leg. Losing a leg is painful and traumatic for a dog, but Bogart powered through and retained his loving and energetic personality. And he's a good student, learning to follow directions so well that he does both agility and canine freestyle (dancing) with Heather. Heather applied to show off Bogart on the TV competition show America's Got Talent, and snagged a televised audition. That audition went so well that AGT decided to release it early! Bogart will appear on TV next Tuesday, but we get to see him performing at his best right now. (via Digg)

Dogs don't feel sorry for themselves. They can feel scared, angry, ashamed, but not sorry for themselves.
