The Bricklayer's Accident

A construction worker is asked to give more detail on the incident that led to his injury report. Oh, you will laugh, even when you realize you've heard this story before. Its history goes back to at least 1895. It's been shared in print, in songs, in standup routines, in movies, and online, but it's rarely not funny. This version uses audio from a New Zealand radio show with animation by YouTuber Owj.

The violent but giggle-inducing scenario was tested by Mythbusters in the show's first season. They found that, under the right circumstances, this could have happened. Luckily, there is no documentation that it ever did, outside of the TV show, which used a dummy. You can see a clip of the carnage here.  (via reddit)
