With as many people as we have believing in the most outlandish theories, there have to be at least a few who are quite onboard with getting microchipped. After all, the ones who are the the most adamant about not getting vaccinated because they think there's a microscopic tracking device in the vaccine are also carrying around a fairly obvious geolocator in their pocket at all times. I assume the nurse already took the vaccine. If the guy fiddles with HER nipples, I betcha she'll tell him which one is AM and which one is FM ...
