David Rowan organized a lot of talented folks to recreate the song from the movie Sister Act 2, to promote and support TAPS Academy in New York City. The principle singers are Tiffany Mann, Kyle Taylor Parker, David Rowen, and Melissa Victor. Yeah, you bet it's joyful!
