The second picture appears to have been flip-flopped. It looks like the gear cluster (which is normally on the right side of the bike) is now on the left, and the front side-pull brake cable (which is normally controlled by the left-hand brake lever) looks like it's now controlled by the right-hand side lever. Not to mention that when his right wrist shows what appears to be a watch-strap tan line in the second picture, which is not visible at all in the first one.
