Pikachu Outbreak at Yokohama

The city of Yokohama, Japan, staged a Pokémon Pikachu Festival. It was called  the Pikachu Tairyou Hassei Chu, or “An Outbreak of Pikachus,” which included a parade of twenty marching Pikachus!
