The TV series Law & Order caught on and spawned Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Law & Order: SVU. There was also a Law & Order: Los Angeles that came and went before I was even aware of it. And that’s just the beginning, because there are plenty of other spinoffs created for different countries. Then there are the parodies, of course. I could have made an entire list of videos about people playing the theme song on various instruments, but it would take weeks to select the best.
