When we say, "Never forget," that kind of falls off a cliff after so many years. Students who are in college now are typically between 18 and 24 years of age. The 9/11 attack was almost 25 years ago, so they don't remember it first hand. But you'd think their parents would have talked about it least once or twice since then. Schools, not so much. My history classes all ended with World War II, because we ran out of time in the school year. I wonder if today's high school students even learn anything about Vietnam. If you rely on schools to teach children everything they need to know, you are shortchanging your children. Most of all, they need to know the importance of reading about what schools don't cover adequately, for the rest of their lives.

Kara introduces us to what she is doing by labelling the 9/11 attacks as terrorist attacks, ruling out that it could have been either a government ploy to start a war so as to control some oil fields or increase the profits for the makers of armaments .. or entirely an action dreamt up by the owner of the actual buildings, or at least the lease holder, who, reportedly, increased his insurance cover (citation needed) a large amount shortly before the demoliti ... I mean, attacks.
The fact that Building 7 came down on the same day without having an aluminium framed aeroplane fly into it reeks of something else going on apart from what we are told ... remember folks, they tell you what they want you to hear.
Even pre 9/11, it is hard to accept that those planes flew around way off their nominated flight paths, for hours ... and that the air force was having some sort of on ground training at that exact time, for nearly the exact time the planes were in the air, and hence were not monitoring the skies in anyway.
And both buildings fell down the exact same way !
Plus a few other very much unanswered questions ...
lol, more than a few.
What does the typical New York Mafia guy say ? "Forgetta about it, forgetta about it" ... hard to write an accent.
Forget about any conspiracy ideas, I guess if you were not alive when it happened it doesn't leave as big a mark.
For me I woke up to find my partner kneeling on the carpet in the lounge room crying, in front of the TV showing the videos on that day.
For us, nearly the other side of the world, it was 11th of September (we do dates the correct way around) and everything stopped, businesses didn't open, kids stayed home from school ... we couldn't help from 9,000 kilometres away so we marched in the streets crying, taking flowers to the US Embassy, pointless apart from showing that we cared.
But that date is marked into our brains forever.
Guess not so much if you hadn't been born yet.
