This from Capita is typical. Known as Crapita in the UK as they mnanage to screw up practically everything they do. Yet this outsourcing company cotinues to be given lucrative government contracts when virtually all prevoius ones have descended into chaos through disasterous perfomance and lack of training.
Maybe chaos is preferred to not being noticed or at least not making an impression. People love to jump on perceived mistakes of others. Even more so jumping on people claiming to have spotted an error that's not an error.
