Yes, top notch material, performed with enthusiasm, by people who aren't concerned with looking silly, only for the good of the show.
Black is the consummate entertainer. He knows he doesn't look the part of a movie or rock star, more like a guy on the street. But has the talent and confidence to put on a great show anyway.
