Ayn Rand said when she was in her 20's there was nothing wrong with taking Social Security. She also said Unemployment Insurance was fine as you paid into it.
So what the article does is create a false belief and then mock it.
If the government agency works, keep it.
If the government agency doesn't work but can be fixed, fix it.
If the government agency doesn't work and can't be fixed, end it.

While you may be furious to read that, but I believe the day will come when it is common sense.
