Just take a sheet of paper vertically 20 cm (20 centimeters = 7.87) inches from your mouth and speak. You will find that it is not wet! Wow !
Unless of course everyone coughs or spits, but, in general we turn our head to cough or we put our hand in front of the mouth! ---------------------
