And the student body chose "Africa" by an large margin. What's with kids these days? We used to pick a song that was popular at the time to be our class theme. Nno, they wouldn't play it at graduation, but we all knew what "our" song was. "Get Down Tonight" by KC and the Sunshine Band for high school, and "We Are Family" by Sister Sledge for college. Despite being 35 years old, "Africa" by Toto — or the two songs Miss C. mentioned, which are even older — are worlds ahead of 90% of the stuff that passes itself off as 'music' these days, and these kids appear to be smart enough to know it.
