Pulgasari

Pulgasari is a 1985 North Korean monster/propaganda film, produced under the watchful eye of King Jong Il before he succeeded his father as leader of North Korea. It was directed by South Korean  filmmaker directed by Shin Sang-ok, who was kidnapped (along with his actress wife Choi Eun-hee) on orders from Kim Jong Il and taken to North Korea to make films.
