... reminds me of that old (very old ... but then so am I ) Twilight Zone episode where the guy flushes the spider down the toilet. I still have nightmares of that one.
the episode, probably in the mid-50's when I was 11-12, the spider came back with a few buddies who grew and grew ... and well Rod Sterling left me a terrified youg girl with a lasting fear of spiders
