hi, i'm a south korean. the cartoon is made by north korean.
I think the cartoon's subject is to study hard at a school even thogh they use US as a material.
the story is like this. there was a boy who don't like a math. he thought to fight against US imperialist is more important than to study math. he met US ships in his dream. he wanted to destroy the ships with missile but he couldn't use a protractor. so he couldn't shooted the missile in correct degree. he didn't know why. when he waked up, his friend said to him that's why he had to study hard at a school.
