A children's song from way, way back, especially useful in teaching toddlers about their anatomy, as it usually called for touching each body part as it was mentioned — although I believe my sister mentioned that it had turned up as a Girl Scout campfire song as well, with the speed gradually increasing until everyone fell over and were overcome by the giggles.

Thanks Bicycle Bill! The catholic school I went to had no real outdoor space. The nuns would line all the kids up along the sidewalk and makes up sing that song and do all the motions. That's what they called PE.
