Hee. A similar pun exists about why they don't let the KKK do trash pickup by the side of the highways. Everyone knows the KKK only collects white trash.
(True fact: I took five minutes trying to figure out the joke, until I realized they mean "white trash" as in, a description of people. "Why would they only pick up white pieces of litter? That doesn't make sense!")
