Top view of a robot waiter carrying a main and a side dish. But not because the sign is not in use.
I'm around 7,000 years old so I remember ... nay, have USED ... bellows cameras, but the idea of some young twerp knowing that those two circles represent knobs on gears that transport a reel of light sensitive film through the guides in a box without light, so that a certain piece of that film ends up exactly behind some ground glass lenses, them themselves on a sliding track in which light is excluded by thick material that concertinas when extended, or retracted, and that all those facts combined go to imply that there is a camera taking snippets of the twerp's life as he, or she, passes .... is as clear as having a silhouette of the Chattanooga Choo Choo on a diamond shaped sign, emblazoned with a 'skull and crossbones-ish' pair of parallel lines and that ensemble being taken to mean there are train tracks up ahead .... which does happen I guess, so I suppose that means we are taught old fashioned shapes when young, and we keep those images in our brains, thereby keeping us safe and informed and dragging the past into the future, a'la 1985 and De Loreans.
