I'm surprised there's that much hand work involved.
I never handled basket balls that looked like that, ours didn't have that fancy textured white sections. It appears to be a Molten or Ribay high rated for indoor/outdoor play. Ribay is discontinued and the Molton is $100 on Amazon.
