I'm pretty sure that if you TURN it, it will be unlocked.
I'm pretty sure that's a bathroom as a former building manager, those signs are there for a good reason.
To be fair, most bathroom door locks I seen in homes you have to twist the button to lock it. Sort of becomes second nature. That said, one sign should be enough.xoxoxoBruce
