French-Swiss pastry chef Amaury Guichon is known for a his amazing chocolate sculptures. This velociraptor is his biggest sculpture yet, at eight feet tall and weighing 550 pounds. The building process took ten days. Notice the lower limbs and tail are layers making up solid chocolate, while the uppermost parts are hollow, which gives the finished form stability. Everything in this sculpture, even the "paint," is completely edible. But you wouldn't eat it anyway, a velociraptor would more likely eat you! (via Geeks Are Sexy)

What happens now, too much to eat in one episode of depression, even if you could bring yourself to destroy the art. It's food so it can't hang out in a museum for hundreds of years. Maybe melt it down to make something else.
I wonder what happens to the shavings and cuttings from carving? You know, the little bite sized pieces that would take too long to carry back to the pot.
