I don't understand. So many things wrong with the picture.
That doesn't look like anywhere in the USA, but the sign uses the American trying to be not too offensive 'asshole' rather than the more explicit and correct 'arsehole'.
And the ash tray on the table ? Was this photo taken in the 1990s ?
The woman on the bike !!! Not only carrying an on show purse with thin, easily cuttable straps, hence tempting any nefarious sorts around, but also not wearing a helmet ... which I believe is legally required in every Western society.
The fact that the bike is powered by a small, very polluting, two stroke engine also has my wondering about the local clean air laws.
And those chain held seats, a broken coccyx in waiting, at least so for someone of my 'stature', as those eyelets are screwed into the narrow timbers of the window frame ... a 50 or 60 kilogram vertical pressure on them would have one's cappuccino painting the pavement.
