So many questions! What was the name of the cat & how did she save the life of her mistress? Surely there should also be another article about how much longer the cat lived, when she died & what was left of the estate after her death?
"Miss Barwise said she owed her life to a cat", not necessarily this cat. "...no kittens are to be kept". The cat isn't named in the article to protect her identity because she's a floozy.
