While this technique is disgusting, ground beef with macaroni and cheese can be a good meal. But you have to brown the beef and drain the grease before you combine it with the macaroni! Physiognomy is a great thing, being able to tell a person's personality by just looking at them can save you a lot of hassle and worry.
