Click to the right to advance the comic. After you get to the end, you realize that she makes all kinds of sense, but the question should have given us another option, like not resenting them at all. This comic is from Tom Hunt at scarecrowbar.
I'm just upset because there is one person who I really care for and that I will never see again because of the virus and the lackadaisical response by the so-called Trump administration to it. She passed on December 1st, well past the time when most intelligent people had realized that this was not some sort of flash-in-the-pan issue that was going to go away once the weather got warmer, or was no worse than the flu.
So I don't blame other people who might or might not have self-quarantined. I was fortunate enough that I had been able to work from home sine March 2020; I can't say the same about her. I rise to my feet, yell 'J'ACCUSE...!', and point my finger squarely in the face of an orange-skinned, blown-over haired twat who had been pretending to be the leader of this country from 2017 to 2021.
The only problem is that I live in an semi-rural area where there are a large proportion of people who voted for this unemployed actor, not just in 2016 but again in 2020, and even now are still swallowing his Kool-Aid and believing his lies about how "his re-election" was stolen from him. So I am still self-quarantining as much for their benefit as for mine, because I know that there would come a time when I'd be at the local pub/restaurant and someone would be prattling on about all the supposed 'good' that Trumpian policies created. Then that little fuse in my self-control would eventually go 'snik' and I'd end up giving some brain-dead loudmouth a well-deserved punch in the pie-hole.
