I would say that just ruled out a lot of millennials. But I had this problem with employees 10-15 years ago. Times really haven't changed much.
Outside of the cell phone thing, it's pretty much the same as it's ever been. Even when I was a kid, employers would complain they couldn't get good help, but they refused to pay their best employees enough to stay.
