A couple of questions ...
How did his testicles get to go under the rim ?
And am I built different from every other man ?
How does the mustard placer's existence prevent the waterboarding ?
Stubbing the same toe repeatedly would incur some protective scar tissue, over time, would that not offset the pain incurred ?
Perhaps a more vicious punishment would be in order ?
And, out of sequence, I know ... surely the childhood pet's corpse would now be worm poo and soil nutrients ?

I hadn't remembered (just woke up, for glooy gosh sake) that American toilets, leastways, the ones of North America (ha, yeah, you guys forget about the other America, huh ?) ... fill up with water, right to the rim, or so, and then drain out when you push the button, right ?
That is as foreign to me as some Asian hole in the ground that you squat over.
In normal countries ... remember, we existed a long time before the USA came about ... the toilets have water in the bottom, about 150mm I guess (have never measured it) which one does their business into, then you push the button and between 3 and 6 litres of nice clean water flushes down in a torrent and washed all your waste away (based on a healthy diet, YMMV)
So there may be a reason that that bloke's bal ... sorry, testicles, were able to go under the rim.
Maybe the encompassing membrane was of such stretched condition that the little orbs of pain were able to wander across the surface of the water and become one with the condiment.
Apart from 'bal' all words I wrote above are spelt correctly.
It is English, MY language, after all.
Hail to your orange chief ! Lol.

The mustard packets are probably placed under the contact points of the seat so they pop with the pressure of someone sitting. It's a "hit or miss" situation though because chance would dilute any direct aim at ones knutz. Still: whatta concept! details can be worked out (and remember to wear gloves to prevent fingerprints, some vets have extensive resources so consider your targets carefully).

I'd have used ketchup packets.
