I've only gone on one overseas trip, and it included a leg that was 16 hours long. It was too excited about the destination to pay attention to the motivations of all the other passengers, and too tired to sleep. Plus we had no cell phones, so we had to do with one big TV screen per compartment and enjoy the view with only our eyes. The bright spot was the food, since we had an Asian option for every meal. After that trip, I've never had food offered on a plane flight. This chart is from Matt Shirley.
